Using the game
By playing Word Trail Journey you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the game for lawful entertainment. You agree not to reverse engineer service protections, automate or falsify rewards, exploit defects, or interfere with other players or the services.
Virtual items
Coins, hints, collectibles, and event currency are licensed virtual items with no cash value. They may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and unused items may expire if your account or installation data is removed. Earned progress remains playable offline where supported.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play Billing under Google's terms. Consumable items (such as coin packs) are delivered to your current installation; the Remove Ads and Starter Bundle entitlements can be restored with the Restore Purchases option in the Trail Shop. Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy. Prices and offers may change.
Advertising
The game may show ads, including optional rewarded videos and occasional full-screen ads between puzzles, served by Google AdMob. Rewards from watching a rewarded ad are granted for that view only. Purchasing Remove Ads disables between-puzzle and app-open advertising.
Availability
Campaign content and local progress are provided on your device. Online features such as the leaderboard require connectivity and may be unavailable at times. Features may change in future versions, subject to applicable law.
Fair play
Do not manipulate the app, its saved progress, or your device clock to obtain unintended rewards or bypass gameplay rules. We may adjust rankings or restrict access where manipulation is detected.
Disclaimers & liability
The game is provided "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any statutory consumer rights you may have.
